Queenstown Bike Fest came to us wanting media coverage of their huge 9-day festival across Queenstown.

This was the first year it was being held, and they required professional media coverage to boost exposure and show sponsors in the future what it is all about.

Our creatives captured stunning photography and video content throughout the week and delivered daily professional content for each event. 


Our team of creatives worked hard through the week to push the content out daily for it to be most relevant.

The marketing team wanted to post photos every night and a recap reel video of every event the morning after.

At Pickup Media, we make sure our videos are tailor-made for the platforms they will be posted on. 

Our daily video reels were constructed with strategised hooks to engage with as many people as possible on social media. The reels alone reached over 100k views giving the small QT bike fest account extreme exposure.

Our work is now the biggest asset in marketing the Bike Fest into the future.
